It's ground level of a two-story modern home, with a private pool and heated spa with lakeviews at the entry to the apartment with full privacy. Ground level solely for guests use only, with separate front street access. Five minutes' drive to restaurants, cafes, Warners Bay foreshores, and Speers Point park. Short walk to the Lake Macquarie. Pool - 8am to 8pm Spa 5- 9:30pm winter 5-9pm The space Lake Macquarie host a number of sporting, sailing and water sports, free music in the park and market events so don't forget to check the local council web site for what's on. 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk along the lake to Foreshore (Warners Bay) with cafes and restaurants . 10 minutes walk to Speers Point park, Pippi’s Water front restaurant or Table 1 for breakfast. 20 minutes drive to popular beaches. 45 minutes to Hunter Valley.
