The Public onsen is not available in this hotel. Please note that Okuhida area in Gifu where our property is located will be in winter season and likely covered with snow during November until April.  Under this circumstance, you are strongly advised to drive with studless tires when you come here by a car. Ｗhen you rent a car,  please make sure to arrange a car with snow-tires to ensure that you can arrive here safely. Kindly be reminded that if you fail to arrive or check-in due the fact that you did not arrange a car with snow tires,  no exceptional cases for waiving cancellation fee will apply.  Also we cannot contact a car rental agency on behalf of you especially under the circumstance explained above.
