The space You enter the house at street level, finding a large dining room-kitchen-living room with fireplace and a full bathroom. Some stairs lead to the first floor where we find two double bedrooms, a room with 2 bunk beds and a full bathroom. The house has air conditioning in the living room - dining room - kitchen and in all the rooms except the bedroom with bunk beds. Outside the house there is a garden with a swimming pool (salt treatment), lawn, barbecue and a large porch where you can enjoy magnificent sunsets over the reservoir.
