It is NOT available for small pool parties or any other events. ***Please take note there are 3 cats upstairs and do not enter the common areas. The space The room has one Queen size bed with a desk and small refrigerator. ample closet space and a small safe for your convenience. The private bathroom is adjacent to the room. Room and bathroom are in a private hallway from the rest of the home. Home has a great backyard and swimming pool. You will feel like you are in your own private resort. ***Newly added *** I have made arrangements with 3 different Licensed Massage Therapists who make house calls. If you are interested in having a massage done in an outdoor setting, with relaxing music and sounds of the pool's waterfall... please let me know in advance so that I can coordinate with one of them to schedule you. They are paid separately . Guest access Mini Fridge in the room along with a coffee station... Limited access to the Kitchen and living room... Access to yard and pool During your stay I am available most of the time if you need anything immediately, and can be reached by mobile phone any time Other things to note This is NOT a party house. They are very clean and very quiet... They are my family. There is also a small colony of Feral cats that have adopted me and live in my yard. We have an agreement. I feed them and they provide love and affection, they also keep the yard free of any unwanted creatures. They stay out of the way and since they are not used to anyone but me, they will not come around you. There are 4 you may see all the time, and 2 others on occasion. ***This is a NON-smoking home and if you are a smoker this is probably not a good fit for you. This is also a "Drug FREE home" ***Adults only... the home is NOT childproof and not suitable for children. There are some plants with spikes or thorns as well as some sharp rocks by the waterfall. In addition if you have mobility issues, and are afraid you may trip or fall due to advanced age, this might not be a good fit either. I have recently added an amenity of professional massages done by a licensed massage therapist. I have 3 different therapists that can come to the house and provide this service (at a separate fee paid to the therapist) in the outdoor setting of the pool with spa music and the sounds of the waterfall of the pool.
