Our home is a quiet haven away from passing traffic. The guest suite, which is to the side of our home has a private entrance & is spacious & comfortable with a relaxing fresh feel. Yours to enjoy are the pool, bbq & garden areas. Bus stop, shopping village, cafes, restaurants, breweries, specialty shops, chemist, Doctor & ATM are 5 mins walk & beach, parks & club 8 mins walk. The golf club is 3 mins drive. PLEASE NOTE: There is a Convection microwave but NO COOKTOP or oven in the kitchenette. The space Our garden is full of palm trees & is very private & has a very relaxing ambience . We have several places, sun or shade where you can sit & read a book or relax with a glass of wine or beer. We are flexible with check in & check out times. Please advise us on booking & we will try to accommodate. Guest access We are happy for our guests to use the pool area with Cabana & garden areas, bbq & seating as we do not use them while our guests are here except for maintaining. Peaceful & relaxing! Other things to note Tea & coffee are provided for the duration of your stay & a basket of snacks for your enjoyment. We provide towels for the pool & the beach & also a picnic cooler bag with plates, bowls & cutlery. We are also very happy to recommend any restaurants for you to try & help with any information needed about the Gold Coast area. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO OVEN or cooktop in the kitchenette. There is a Convection microwave for baking & grilling, Air Fryer, sandwich maker, rice maker, blender for smoothies & the use of the BBQ.
