A modern designed, two-bedroom studio that’s perfect for couples looking for a romantic escape or a group of friends wanting all the creature comforts of home with a relaxed feel. The space @ironstonestudio Ironstone Studio accommodates four adults and is fully self-contained with two bedrooms, an open plan living/dining/kitchen, with a combined bathroom & laundry. Each bedroom has comfortable queen-sized beds, and storage to unpack your belongings. Our entire place is single level and overlooks a field full of kangaroos. We offer free wifi throughout the studio, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ample crockery, quality glassware, and pantry essentials. Enjoy watching the latest movies and TV shows, via our Smart TV using your own Netflix or any equivalent account. The combined bathroom/laundry has a rain-shower and handheld shower rose, under-bench storage, washing machine and an undercover clothesline. Undercover parking is available for one vehicle with additional parking if required. The dining area opens onto the alfresco area where you can relax, watch the sunset or cook on the BBQ. ***ATTENTION: For 2 guests who will request to use the 2nd bedroom, we will charge an additional room fee of $30.00 AUD per stay. For example a Mother & Daughter or two friends travelling together. If you are booking for three or four people, this doesn't apply and the price quoted by AirBNB is what applies. Any questions regarding this please ask before sending reservation through.*** Guest access Once you arrive at Ironstone Studio you’ll have private access to all parts of the studio, and is your’s to enjoy as your home away from home. Access is via our self-check-in service and details will be sent to you 24 hours prior to check-in. Therefore please make sure your AirBNB contact details are up to date. Other things to note We live on the property with our two dogs Harry & George. Both are very friendly, and will no doubt greet you on your arrival and visit you from time to time. Should you or your guests not like dogs please inform us when booking and we’ll do our best to restrict their access. However please be aware that our property is their home and they can’t be kept away from the studio permanently. We provide all linen, pillows, seasonal doonas & additional blankets. Essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and washing powder are also available without any additional charge.
