You have a separate bedroom with built in wardrobe and Smart TV within that can be closed off from the kitchen. The kitchen adjacent links to the rear communal yard, which you have another covered outdoor area and access to a BBQ. The laundry is accessed from the rear yard and is shared with another apartment. Up a ladder in the kitchen is a loft area with a day bed which can be used as a single bed that overlooks the bushland. This is not suitable for sleeping during extreme hot weather (35 C plus). The bathroom is also down two steps and off the kitchen through a passage. All of this is for your personal use and is not shared.
