Large home in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Lots of space for your holiday, garden with pool to relax after exploring the city or a long day of watersports. There is a garage, where water sports equipement can be stored. The beach is just 1 km down the road. 3 bedrooms inside the house, 1 with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. 1 small bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with queen size bed, both share a bathroom. Additional outside bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. The space You have 2 dining areas, one 6 seater next to the kitchen and one large open dining area with a 10 seater. Lounge with very comfy reclaimed wood couch and fire place for winter. More space to relax in our garden. large jungle gym with swing and slide as well as a sand pit to entertain the little ones. Shopping malls and restaurants are just a 2 min drive away. And you can even walk as the area is very safe! Cleaning service can be included once a week (arrangement). *** the western cape is a water scarce area. please use water sparingly. no load shedding at the moment, but might be implemented at short notice. This is a country-wide issue that is currently causing controlled power-outages (load shedding). The power is usually being shut-down for 2.5 hours, once or twice a day. There are time tables in place for you to plan around the power-less periods and you can inform yourselves about the schedules. We recommend keeping your phones charged just in case. Guest access All areas are available to guests. Fully fitted kitchen, small and large dining area, lounge with fire place, verandah, garden, jungle gym and pool. 1 or 2 parking spots in garage and 1 behind a locked side gate. 1 additional parking in front of garage (unlocked) Other things to note We can book almost all activities in and around Cape Town.
