Private small studio (queen bed) lower level.. A single mattress will be add to a third person booking. Has bathroom with shower no bathtub Kitchenette—microwave, sink, small fridge, hot plate, and all needed cutlery/pot/fry pan. Also provide salt, pepper and canola oil. We provide all bed linen, towels, soap and shampoo . We no not make up the sofa bed unless you book for 3 person or you requested prior booking. A $35 service fee will be added to make the sofa bed. For the security of your vehicles parking outside, there is outdoor camera in the parking area. You can park your car next to the studio. If you have more than 1 car, please park off the road. Guest access entire guest separate from our house self contained suite downstairs. parking is next to the unit.
