A beautiful, clean and peaceful home. A relaxing ambiance awaits our guests to experience a feel of the nature and a quiet place to spend your quality time and rest with your family, relatives or friends. It has 2 rooms upstairs and a wide living area with entertainment system downstairs. Cooking wares are also available. The house is inside a guarded subdivision w/ roving guards. A swimming pool is available at the subdivision clubhouse but please check guidelines. The space The place has 2 fully air-conditioned rooms and 1 bathroom with heater upstairs. 2 car street garage, kitchen with dinning area, and a living area with entertainment system. Guest access Subdivision amenities like pool, playground,church etc. are also available to guests. During your stay I give my guest a relax stay. But they're free to contact me when they needed something. Other things to note *PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ OUR HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING OR INQUIRING. *The swimming pool is shared with subdivision homeowners. Sometimes the pool is reserved by homeowners so in case you intend to use it, please inform me. We can have the pool reserved for exclusive use for additional charge on top of the place fee.
