The Talun (Villa in the middle of the garden)

The villa is located about 70 meters from the parking lot ( still on our property) and passes 120 stairs so it is not suitable for people suffering from knee pain or the elderly with limitations It is located east of Bandung at an altitude of 900 m above sea level, quiet, cool, separated from other buildings. Villa at the edge of rice fields, park, fruit garden and fish pond (1.7 ha) equipped with walkway, gazebo, bonfire area, BBQ. The space Villa house, 3 bedrooms that are quite spacious (3 beds measuring 180x200cm and 2 extra mattresses (measuring 80x1200m), and 1 sofa bed, equipped with broadband wifi, internet-based TV, 2 bathrooms (hot and cold water), kitchen with cooking utensils and cutlery, dining room and living room, and terrace overlooking the rice fields/garden. Each guest over 6 people is charged an additional Rp 75 Thousand per person per night and a maximum of 10 guests only. Every Guest will get breakfast based on the choices we provide. Guest access Guests can freely access; a 4m x 8m gazebo, fruit garden, vegetable garden and rice fields, all connected by an ascending and descending cement walkway equipped with about 650 . The walkway is good for jogging or a relaxing walk (a relaxing walk of about 20 minutes around the property). Guests have access; a place to build campfires in the yard, with equipment for roasting corn or cassava.or BBQ equipment, guests also have access to two fish ponds where: The first pond contains our pet fish (Pet), guests can feed the fish (fish food is provided) in this pond we maintain large fish (maintained since 1997) The second fish pond is a fishing pond, fish can be fished for consumption. (fishing with agreement) Other things to note Our villa is in a valley with 120 stair access (1.2 m wide) with handrails. Our villa isn't suitable for guests with knee problems or difficulty walking due to old age or injury. The parking lot is located in the area of our property (fenced) about 150 m away from the villa, if desired guests can store their vehicle in a covered garage. (only for one small vehicle) After 10pm guests are prohibited from making loud noises
