Cottages El Portal is a boutique community of fully furnished apartments near Wynwood, Miami Beach and Downtown Miami. Old Florida architecture on an acre of lush landscaping in a residential neighborhood. Brick patios, sun gardens and a courtyard provide a resort environment. Guest and visitor parking, laundry facilities, gated access and ground floor private entry doors. The Cottages feature granite tops, wood cabinets and stainless appliances, along with CB2 furniture and Sealy Mattresses. Guests will have exclusive access within their Cottage, which includes a full kitchen, bathroom, living, dining and bedroom. Guests will also have shared access to the common areas, which include onsite parking, patios, porches, sun gardens, courtyard and laundry facilities. The best way to reach me is through Airbnb messaging and I usually respond within 24 hours, unless it is an emergency. I live nearby and I am usually at the property a few times a week. I also have access to trained housekeepers and repair technicians, which respond quickly. The Cottages are in the Village of El Portal, which is about one square mile. The quiet residential neighborhood is patrolled frequently by the police. Between prestigous Miami Shores and Hip Little River, the Cottages are near Wynwood; Miami Beach; Design District, MIMO District; Brickell; Downtown Miami and Barry University. Rental cars are available at the airport or near the Cottages. Public bus stops in front of the Cottages and provides a route directly to Downtown Miami with connections to other parts of town through buses, trolleys, metrorail, metromover, and water taxis. Taxi, Lyft and Uber service is available.
