It features a 4 to 4.5feet Swimming Pool, Four (4) Bedroom Suites, Modern Living, Kitchen, Dining Areas, Billiard Area, Kiddie Play Area, Multi-Purpose Deck, Luscious Landscaping, Patio and Lanai. The space Our base rate includes 12 pax, extra pax are charged at 400 each. Make sure to indicate the correct number of guests. *Clean as you Go Policy *Do not leave your dirty dishes on the sink, or else we will charge a P1,000 cleaning fee. *Kindly bring insect repellants as we are surrounded by plants *Tricycle and Jeepneys are not allowed to enter our village *We are in a PRIVATE VILLAGE. Noise is allowed up to 10pm only. We discourage METICULOUS GUESTS. Please book with other hosts that can accomodate ALL your requests. Free rebooking is allowed once, provided it is made at least one (1) month before the original booking date and is subject to availability. Rebooking made less than one (1) month before the original date will incur a 30% charge based on the base rate. If rebooking is requested within two (2) weeks, a 50% charge will apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellations. However, bookings are transferable. If you wish to cancel, you may find someone to take over your reservation, and we will accommodate the rebooking under their name, subject to the same terms. Please note: Pool maintenance is from 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM daily.
