Washer & dryer and Central Air! Clean clean clean & ready for relaxing! Located INSIDE the Lakeside gates, so there is a daily gate/attendance fee for all guests. The space You will have access to the entire home w/ 2-3 parking spots in front of home. We provide many things that typical Lakeside rentals don't usually include, like: Clean linens for all beds, blankets, towels, cleaning products, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry soaps, paper towels, trash bags, hair dryer for your use, etc. We have a well-equipped kitchen, and we have a Keurig coffee maker and a regular drip coffee maker for your use. We tried to think of everything! Guest access Entire home except for a locked small utility room which has the owner's personal belongings. Shed is also not for guests. Entire home, plenty of parking out front. We do need access to our golf cart stored to the rear of the home for charging. Other things to note Lakeside Gate Fee and Parking fee will be charged to all adult guests in season, but provides great amenities and included activities for these fees.
