"Kay Eighteen"- Near Airport - Feel Relaxed......

"Kay Eighteen" is about 10 -15 minutes drive from the Airport. It is close to the Expressway linking the Airport to Colombo. It is a tastefully designed house with all amenities (AC, fans, washing machine, hair dryer, wifi, fully equipped kitchen with provisions for breakfast, clean linen, etc) situated in a quiet beautifully landscaped gated housing complex which has a swimming pool. Guests can relax and make themselves at home! This is the ideal stop over on your arrival and before departure. The space The air-conditioned upper floor unit consists of a separate Living & Dining area with cable TV, balcony, toilet and a Loft area with double beds. The ground floor has an air conditioned Bedroom with cable TV and a varanda / patio. The ground floor also has a Living & Dining area, Kitchen and a terrace. This place is ideal for guests who wish to travel around in Sri Lanka while having a convenient location to return to. The very close proximity to the Airport makes this ideal for travelers. The gated housing complex called "Nivasipura" within which the house is located (near the main gate in Lane 2) has vast landscaped open spaces, shops, a bakery, salon, pharmacy, a medical doctor, tuk tuks and a taxi service, bus to Colombo Fort and back (at scheduled times), a jogging track, lanes for walking and a swimming pool, which is open till 7 p.m. There is a fee of Rs. 200/- per person to use the swimming pool to be paid to the Pool Attendant of the housing complex. Guest access Once booked in to "Kay Eighteen", guests can leave and enter the house at any time. The rear terrace and front patio can be used by guests for relaxing and for sun bathing. Other things to note Facilities with a fully equipped kitchen is available for your own choice of cooking. There is no breakfast service. But provisions for breakfast, such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar, eggs, cheese, bread & butter, fruits, cereal and mineral water is provided so that guests can use the kitchen as and when they want. Pizza and fast food can be ordered from Pizza Hut and Dominoes from the nearest town, Ja-ela which is delivered within 20 mts. Within the neighborhood there are shops to buy essentials. There is also a bakery, mini supermarket, shops for essentials, salon, pharmacy and a medical doctor in the evening.
