Our 3,800 sq ft beautiful and clean home on 21 acres is just 7 miles from Redeemed wedding venue. 10 minutes from Running Aces Casino and 30 minutes to downtown Mpls/St. Paul. Enjoy your morning coffee on our screen porch and end your night around the firepit. Bad weather day no worries our lower-level game room has plenty to keep the fun rolling. The space Come and enjoy our quiet, spacious home that sits on 21 acres of land. Enjoy the screened porch with your morning coffee. Go play in our huge backyard. We have volleyball and corn toss, and enough room for all your yard games that you want to bring. The open deck has a gas grill with seating to enjoy your dinner. Escape the heat in our lower patio and play a game of cribbage, or cards, or sit at the bar top enjoying your beverage while keeping an eye on the yard game action. Sit by the large firepit in the evenings and make your s'mores, and listen to the owls calling. All firewood is included. Raining?, no worries, we have a full game room in our lower level with a pool table, bar dart board and foosball. Guest access Homeowner will be here to greet you when you first arrive. There is a keypad that is used when leaving and returning. Other things to note All guests most be a minimum of 21 years of age if rented as a single group of people. This does not pertain to families with children. No smoking in house or on property. No shoes policy in house. NO more than the total number of 11 people are allowed on the property at any and all times. We are very strict on this so if you think your gathering is not the right fit please do not book. We do not do rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies, receptions, family reunions etc. We show our own family dogs in our picture but we do not allow guest pets on the property.
