A verdant 2 acre property, Kapoor Wadi is the ideal getaway for family and friends. The villa has a relaxed vibe, with small luxurious elements such as gorgeous, green creeper walls, a four poster bed and a huge, 50 ft long swimming pool! The loungers on the side will have you relaxing with a drink and a book all day. To reiterate, its a peaceful family getaway. If you're looking for a party place where you can shout aloud and play music to your hearts content, this is not the pace to book... The space The stay feels private, yet is only a short drive from the beach, which offers perfect holiday activities such as jet ski rides, parasailing, and pony rides. This is also a pet-friendly villa, so bring your furry friends along! All in all Kapoor Wadi is perfect for family and friends to relax and unwind. The Space:  Let me walk you through the villa: Bedrooms: (All bedrooms are on the ground floor) - The villa has 2 bedrooms, each equipped with an air-conditioner - All bedrooms have double beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms Living Room: - The living area is located on the ground floor and is quite spacious with a seating arrangement - There is a flat screen TV for guests to enjoy their favourite TV shows and movies Bathrooms: - The villa has 2 private bathrooms. There is also a small washroom cum toilet on the terrace. - The 2 bathrooms have modern fixtures and are equipped with geysers ( pls switch off geysers after use ) - Essentials such as towels and soaps are provided in all bathrooms Kitchen: - The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a convection stove and a Bisleri water dispenser. - The kitchenette and dining area are on the first floor - Guests cay cook for toddlers or elderly people , or request the services of a freelance cook. ( more on that later).. Kitchen should be cleaned up if used by guest.. - Guests may also order-in from restaurants in the vicinity and reheat their food on the induction cooker or microwave provided. - Crockery is available for 8 people - A couple can be arranged for cooking your lunch and dinner at an additional cost of Rs 2000 a day. ( only for cooking ) They can also arrange for all materials, as available, at cost price.. Lawn:  - The villa has a generous private lawn - The lawn is well maintained and has an outdoor seating space for 8 people - Music is not allowed to be played outdoors. You are welcome to play music, within reasonable volume limits, indoors. Pool: - The villa has an outdoor pool that can accommodate upto 8 people. - The pool is usable from 10AM to sunset. Pool timings are non negotiable for safety reasons. - Guests will be allowed to use the pool only in appropriate swimwear. - Kids must always be accompanied by adults. Kids who are not potty trained are not allowed in the pool. Strictly no pets allowed in the pool. - Pool size: 50 ft x 18 ft with a depth of 5&1/2 ft. - Music is not allowed by the poolside. - No music is allowed after 10pm as we adjoin a forest and their laws are fairly well enforced.. Entertainment: - A few board games and books are available at the villa Guest access With the exception of the owners home, which is a separate structure on the same property, guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces. Maids, drivers and other staff are not permitted to use the pool. Pool use is restricted to the primary guests only. Other things to note - This is a pet-friendly villa - Secured parking space for upto 4 cars is available - A medical kit with basic first aid is available at the villa - A be-b-que is available. - A power backup is available at the villa - We have a strict no music policy at the pool side as the owners villa is right there.. - Children must be supervised in and around the swimming pool - We have 3 indi dogs (very friendly) and a few other creatures can sometimes be found in the villa premises as we are next to a forest.. - Doors and windows are recommended to be closed during the stay - There is a covered terrace. Children must be under adult supervision. Kids who are not potty trained may not enter the pool under any circumstances. An accidental potty incident will jeopardise the health of future pool users. The cost of replacing and treating the entire pool water would exceed a lakh of rupees! - ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest - Stags are not allowed. - Wifi is available in the villa at a speed of 20mbps.. however they have their maintainence downtimes sometimes so you might have to bear with it.. - Post the Covid scenario, we have started providing the kitchen with a private cook and service, if requested to do so by the guests, at a cost of Rs 2000 per day for breakfast, lunch and dinner for entire group and everything else they buy is billed to you as per actuals.. This sum has to be paid directly to the cook. -Please carry along more than what you'd estimate you'd consume, when it comes to liquor or cigarettes. These are not easily available locally. - Pls note that our check in and check out timings are not flexible so pls plan accordingly.. ( we get a lot of requests due to Ro Ro timings but we are unable to accommodate)
