Patetonga BnB , 2 king singles and a queen bed.

Unit 1 has 2 king single beds. on a mezzanine floor . The downstairs has a queen bed in the common area and a small area for dinning , kitchenette and a bathroom. We have built two bed and breakfast units so we can share our peaceful part of the world with others. Great stop over on your way North or South . Great base to explore the Coromandel or Waikato area. ( 35 minutes to Thames) Breakfast supplies are left in the unit. The space We are located on a 20 acre farm which you are able to explore . We are on a hill overlooking the Hauraki Plains and across to the Coromandel Range . Our small farm is surrounded by farmland. We are rural. There is a local cafe which sells pies, rolls etc and take aways ( closes at 5.00pm). The BnB accommodation is separate to the main house. Each has a mezzanine floor bedroom . Downstairs there is a bed in the common area with a bathroom and a kitchenette. Note there is no sink. ( council regulations) . We do your dishes. Guests are able to access the laundry..dryer charge of $5.00. Clothesline available. We are happy to share the EV charger for a cost of 40c per kw. Guest access You will have your own bed and breakfast unit with a key. You can access the swimming pool in the summer. ( please note the pool is not heated). wifi is available. Codes for the farm gate and the accommodation will be given before arrival. If we are home everything will be unlocked and ready. You are able to access the laundry , dryer available ( $5.00 fee for the use of the dryer) Let us know if you need the BBQ. The price as stated on Airbnb is for 2 people. ( Not necessarily twin share). Each extra person is $20.00. This covers extra laundry etc. Other things to note While we welcome children they will require supervision to keep them safe on the farm. The fences are electric. There are unfenced water hazards e.g stock troughs and a pond. Each unit has internal stairs. Note that we are rural.. sadly you can't walk to a cafe.
