New/updated spacious room in our home features one Queen size bed and a set of twin bunk beds. A dedicated work space in the room that includes a monitor for those who like to have 2 screens while they work, & walk-in closet with lots of storage. Room is equipped w/ TV with Streaming, Wifi, mini fridge, lots of games, and a portable fan in the closet for those who like it cold and/or like white noise while you sleep. We prefer kids be at least 5 years old for stays longer than 5 days Want to take a swim?? The backyard boasts a large pool with lots of seating options, lounge chairs, and pool tubes. Relax in the shade or soak up some sun! We also have a patio table/chairs and bbq grill and tools for your use. All guests are welcomed with complimentary waters, light snacks, super clean, fresh linens and toiletries. There is an ironing board and iron for your use in the laundry room. Guests are also welcome to do a load or two of laundry at no extra cost. WE handle washing towels and linens. We do not expect you to do that yourself like some properties do. You are welcome to make coffee in the kitchen with the kuerig. We supply pods and creamer. If there is something you need or forgot, just ask. We may have it! We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Kitchen, Living room, backyard, grill, patio, seating area, and pool (must sign waiver to use pool). We live in the house. We are always available via text, phone call, or email. We live in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. 20 minutes to Kennesaw State University. 30 minutes to Six Flags over GA and Suntrust Park (Braves Stadium). 45 minutes to the GA Aquarium, World of Coke, Mercedes Benz Stadium, and lots more that Atlanta has to offer! A vehicle is suggested for getting around the area. We have 2 small dogs; a super sweet Chihuahua mix named Milah and a feisty Chihuahua named Harley. He sounds tough but he warms up to people quickly. I try to keep them outside or with me as much as possible.
