Malandy Cottage is situated in the beautiful lakeside township of Lake Conjola and an easy 3 hour drive from Sydney. Our holiday home is close by to the waterfront reserve, approx. 40 metres from the beautiful coastal waterways of Lake Conjola & just a short stroll to a boardwalk which leads onto pristine Conjola Beach. Our stylish cottage would appeal to couples looking for a tranquil & relaxing weekend getaway, spending quality time or catching up with good friends, ideal for a family getaway. The space Our luxury cottage has a cozy feel & a heartwarming fireplace. Our home would appeal to couples looking for a tranquil & relaxing weekend getaway, spending quality time or catching up with good friends, ideal for a family getaway. Our holiday home is not advertised as being situated on the lake's frontage but has easy access to, only approximately 40 metres across the road from the lakes edge. We also have our kayaks & life jackets onsite for our guests to use at their leisure. Please agree to our Liability Waiver (under Guest Access) for use of our kayaks & life jackets whilst staying at Malandy Cottage. Guest access Access to cottage from Carroll Avenue side of property only, no guest access to garage and Mashall Avenue side of property (this area is fenced, has locked gates & is for private storage). The property is fully fenced and has vehicle and has a lockable garden shed which houses kayaks & safety life jackets. Liability Waiver: You understand that the use of kayaks is at your own risk using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from using the kayaks. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
