Egret Cove Cottage - a bird watcher's paradise

Enjoy an Oregon coast getaway in our bayfront cottage. 1 bdrm/2 bath, full kitchen, w/d, & upper & lower decks. This is right on the estuary w/ expansive views from both stories to watch egrets, herons, bald eagles and blacktail deer up close! Master ensuite w/ king-size bed. Near Charleston Marina, behind the boatyards, on the estuary. All the comforts of home w/ a gorgeous view! Many coastal activities & nature areas close-by. The space To our current & future guests who are concerned about coronavirus: Our highest priority is the health & well-being of our guests. We are closely monitoring & following the guidance of the CDC and WHO to ensure we are doing our part to keep you & our community safe. While we pride ourselves in our "white glove" cleaning standards, we are being extra diligent about cleaning/disinfecting all surfaces. And, to enhance our guests' comfort & safety, we are providing hand sanitizer for your use. We want to reassure you that we are open, our space is clean & we're looking forward to your visit. This is a 2-story cottage w/ a private entrance. Enjoy panoramic windows on both floors where you can watch bald eagles flying overhead, deer grazing in the yard, harbor seals & many varieties of seabirds in the water, and egrets & herons flying between their roosting trees and the estuary. We believe the interior of our home is equally as restorative and restful as the view. Each room has its own theme and personality which blossomed during the design process. We foraged the vintage and antique stores all along the southern Oregon coast to find pieces that express our love of nature, whimsy, and serenity. Where possible, décor is comprised of handcrafted, fair trade, or vintage finds. The result is an arrangement of pieces that reflects our coastal location, celebrates our local culture and maritime history, and provides an unexpected pop of a colorful country kitchen. In the master suite, you’ll find a calming vibe complete with a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. Everything has been lovingly decorated with small details throughout; look closely & you may see a little crab peeking out at you somewhere! We hope you enjoy staying in our home as much as we enjoy sharing it with you. Guest access Our space is a full cottage w/ an attached studio suite. This listing is for the full cottage. Guests of the cottage have private access to the upper & lower decks and fenced back & side yards. Other things to note The cottage has a queen-size sleeper sofa allowing for 2 additional guests (4 total). Additional guests are $50 per person per night.
