My Place is located in peaceful surroundings and 3.5 Km from Thamel and 1 Km from Ring road Basundhara. public vehicle service is easy from Gongabu chok, Ratnapark etc direct to Baniyataar, Jalupa Chok. The place is well facilitated with 24 hour water supply, electricity, Wi-Fi. Swimming pool, Gym and fitness center, Beauty parlor , conference hall and coffee shop is located in 1 min walking distance. Grande International lies in 2Km distance, Shopping mall also in near location. The space Separate Kitchen, Washing room, Living room and 2 bed rooms are available with small lobby eastern side with sunrise view. small garden with flowers decorated the house in my entire flat. This 10$ price is our base price for one room for one bed. Additional guests have to pay 5$ each per night. 25$ per night for entire 2 bedrooms having 4 beds, kitchen/dining and leaving room. Guests will hosted by English language myself and my families , staffs as well. Travel office room also there and detail information will deliver to our guests Other things to note Breakfast will be served and extra charge have to pay. Lunch/ Dinner (Nepalese Cousin) may serve in extra payment. Cleaning fee 10$ will charge for one week long stay . 5$ for minimum stay
