Other things to note Please be advised that our chalet is only accessible via stairs. It is not recommended for those with mobility issues. The apartment is on the third floor of our chalet. Beatenberg is a mountain village located 700 vertical meters above Interlaken. It is well cleared in winter, but because it is a mountain road, it has many curves.
