A cosy wood fire keeps you warm on cold winter nights. The space Three recreation areas mean that the children can have their own space and so can you! . The garden is fully fenced, hence it is ideal for children and dogs. Although pet friendly we ask that you keep your dog outside, and please clean up after your dog. We would ask that you keep pets to one dog thank you. (you must advise the owner if you are bringing a dog).Embrace the beach lifestyle and create unforgettable memories in this beautiful haven by the sea. Guest access Guests can access the whole house. There is three double sized bedrooms with queen beds in each one, another bedroom with 2 single beds. There are also two other single beds in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are 2 barbecues available. One is on the front deck overlooking the ocean and the second one is on the undercover patio in the large garden. There is Wifi available. We would ask you to respect the neighbours and make sure music is turned down before 10pm. Strictly no schoolies!! Other things to note Please note: We supply all linen and towels for each guest, doonas and doona covers etc. A security deposit of $500 applies. Please bring your own beach towels. Please note, from mid December onwards including Xmas and January bookings will have to be for 5 days or more. Apart from December and January and public holidays, the house can be booked for a Friday and Saturday night stay at a cost of $900 - this includes the two night stay, all linen/towels and cleaning. Please note this is an entirely smoke free zone. Please no smoking inside or on the decks. There is a capsule coffee machine (Aldi Brand). It only accepts Expressi capsules, which can be obtained from Aldi. Nearest Aldi is in Torquay.
