Gated Estate with Security The space The property is located in the Taal Crystal Estate Subdivision, gated with 24-hour security & plenty of street parking, room for your cars, or even buses. It has a large courtyard/garden at the front of the house. There is a BBQ and Kubo Kubo located in the front gardens. There is an undercover courtyard with LED lighting. The ground floor offers 2 airconditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large Kitchen Dining area with TV and ceiling fan. Upstairs, there is a spacious terrace and 2 more airconditioned bedrooms Yes, all bedrooms are Air conditioned and we have installed ceiling fans for additional comfort in some of the rooms. Wheel chair access thru ought the ground floor. Fences and gates ensure your privacy. Guest access Our trusted caretaker will meet you upon arrival and hand you the keys. Our caretaker has lived in the area for many years and is only minutes away when needed and is a wealth of local knowledge with contacts for hairdressing, makeup artists, markets, transportation etc. You, our guests, will have access to the entire living space of our property including the courtyard & gardens. As well as the BBQ area. Other things to note The fresh air balcony is very spacious, and there is a Kubo Kubo in the front yard so there is plenty of room for entertaining and resting.
