Riverside nature cottage close to Geneva

Nature Retreat Close to Geneva. A cosy cottage with a history dating back over 1000 years when it was formally tower guarding a bridge over the river Rhone The cottage is in a nature reserve on the banks of the Rhone and has been newly renovated in 2021. It has one bedroom with a double bed, one small sofa bed (suitable for one person or two small children, a bathroom and kitchenette and a terrace. There is a private pontoon with canoes for you to use and nature walking from the doorstep. The space The space is small (around 35m2) and would suit a couple or small family. Not suitable for babies as there are some stairs. Guest access You are free to use our private pontoon. Other things to note The photos of the river were all taken within a few metres of the cottage and at different times of the year. For those of you with an electric car, we have a fast electric car charging station on the property. We can provide you with bikes at no extra cost to explore the area or take on the train to Geneva and two single seater canoes to explore the river. Often, animals can be seen, e.g., beavers and a variety of birds. Registration Details Not required
