Come stay in this warm private bedroom in my four bedroom apartment and experience minimal living for a while. The King size mattress can accommodate two. A beautiful view with morning sunlight awaits you. The space The Space: The apartment is in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Guwahati. The three sides of the building is surrounded by green hills. It's in the 5th floor of a 7 storeyed building. Two elevators available. The apartment has four bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a living room with dining area, a balcony with a beautiful view and a kitchen. There is almost no furniture in the apartment giving my guests an experience of minimal living. The place is our home where I, my husband and our two friendly dogs live. Bedroom: The bedroom has a King size mattress, fresh bed sheets, pillow covers, towels, and blanket. There is a big window offering a beautiful view. The floor bed setting gives a very cozy feeling. Kitchen: The kitchen can be used by guests for preparing breakfast and tea-coffee.Kitchen utensils and cutlery can be used for ordered meals. There is an LPG gas stove which guests can use when required. Extra charges: Kitchen use for cooking meals - ₹50/day LPG cylinder use for cooking meals - ₹50/day Breakfast: Breakfast is complimentary and is served between, 8:30 am to 9:30 am. Bathroom: Bathroom has fresh towels, soaps, toothpaste, shampoo and sachets. Shared spaces: Living room has a sitting and eating space which again is a floor setting. There is a balcony with a great view of green hills and lovely morning sunlight. Laundry service is a call away. You can also use the iron available in the apartment if required. Extra Charges: Washing Machine (No dryer)- ₹100/use We have three bedrooms for guests including this one which are listed separately. The details are different for each room and can be checked out under the same name. Booking has to be done separately for all three if the requirement is for more than one bedroom. Guest access Shared spaces and kitchen can be accessed by guests. If the guest would like to cook then the groceries have to be bought and a timing for cooking would be set after a discussion. During your stay The interaction with guests would be as much as the guests would be comfortable with. This is our home and our two friendly dogs live here. If someone is scared of dogs, we keep them away from guests. They usually do not make much noise. They are quite calm and happy dogs. Other things to note 1. My place is safe for women travellers. 2. If your arrival is on same day as booking then we would need 3 hours time to prepare the room for you. Please make sure you chat with me once, before booking for same day. I try to keep my guests' stay hassle-free. It's my home, so the rooms are not ready all the time, like it is in hotels. 3. We do not have power back. As you can see that we practice minimal living. We try to keep away from all kinds of electrical and electronic devices like Air-conditioner, TV, refrigerator, inverter, geyser and microwave. Some unavoidable items that we have to have are phones, lights, fans and water kettles.
