Dream Mountain Deluxe Rooms are located in the campus of Dream Mountain Resort, a beautiful property amidst pine and fruit trees, located in the outskirts of Joshimath, Auli Road, providing scenic view of the Himalayan range. The campus has plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy and also has a camp-fire area. All the rooms offer beautiful panoramic views of the Himalayas, and have attached bathrooms with hot-water geysers. Room heaters are provided in the winters. The space The Resort has 4 Deluxe rooms. Three of the rooms have their own private balcony offering beautiful view of the Himalayas. All the rooms have attached bathrooms equipped with geysers. Room heaters are provided on request in winters. There is no requirement of air-conditioners since the climate is naturally cool. The property was originally a private cottage, so it has been designed and built as such. This means that all the rooms are of different size and design. The description of the room photographs give the details. All the rooms however offer mesmerizing views of the mountains and guests are able to relax in the midst of nature. Accommodation in the resort campus has been deliberately kept to a minimum so that there is plenty of outdoor space for guests to enjoy the surrounding Himalayan views. ATTENTION: Please note that this listing is for Room-2. the room size is 11x15 ft(165 sq ft) and the bathroom size is 8x6 ft. Guest access Guests can also request for, and unwind around a camp-fire in the evenings with music to accompany. During your stay The Resort is managed by our full-time Resort Manager and his team in Joshimath. I take care of the marketing and PR from my house in Dehradun. Other things to note Rooms booked through Airbnb are on a ROOM ONLY basis. All meals are chargeable extra. 1) One child below 10 years can stay free of charge 2)The third guest is charged Rs 500 for mattress and full bedding 3) Maximum number of guests in a room is Three (one child below 10 years will not be counted) 3) The resort has an in-house kitchen providing simple home-style food on charge basis. 4) Standard menu is vegetarian, non vegetarian food can be arranged on demand. Breakfast is Rs 200/ per person. Standard veg dinner is Rs 300/ per person. Non-veg is prepared on request. 5)The hotel does NOT have a backup diesel generator. Mains electric outage is not common in Joshimath because it is in a hydro-power generation area, but in the occasional case that the mains electricity is interrupted for any reason the room heaters and geysers will not operate. The inverter supply is limited to the lighting system. Guests may kindly note this particular risk that may affect their stay. COVID-19 RELATED: Prospective guests are requested to kindly note the following information regarding how we are operating during the Corona epidemic: - We are not offering Instant Booking facility during the Corona epidemic. All bookings will necessarily require pre-approval. This is because we want to have the opportunity to interact with the guests before they book the rooms and have the opportunity to explain the various change in the tourism and the hospitality ecosystem in our region and how it impacts our hotel and our guests. - We have six rooms in our property, listed under the categories Deluxe Room, Family Suite and Budget Room. While we are in the shadow of the Corona epidemic we are only booking upto 50% capacity so that it is easier to practice social distancing for our guests. It also eases the load on our staff. Exception is made if rooms are booked by a single guest group. - Daily room cleaning service will not be available during this period. This precaution is required to protect our staff. So guests staying for more than one day will need to live with this situation. If absolutely necessary, we will relocate the guest to a new room instead of cleaning the room during the stay of the guest. - Meals and kitchen menu will be very limited to simple Indian meals. We will not be able to offer our usual range from the in-house kitchen. Room service will be limited to the bare essential. All meals will be served in the common dining area.
