Comfortable beds in immaculate home, relaxing bath

This is the best value room in Albany suitable for guests with a car looking for immaculate and comfortable accommodation. We know how expensive travel can be and do not want cost to stop you! Our guests appreciate our affordable accommodation which does not compromise on quality. Quiet suburban location. Shared bathroom. The house is heated and is newly renovated. Close to walks, Emu Point, Middleton beach, and a local shopping centre 2 minutes away. 5G mobile available. The space The room has a double bed. It is at the back of the house. It is immaculately clean with a comfortable mattress and high quality linen, electric blankets and a new carpet, no shoes please. The bathroom is shared with the family (although I, Peter am mostly here on my own) there is a full length mirror behind the door in Your room, the bathroom and toilet are all lockable from the inside. We have another Airbnb room with a queen bed which may or may not be booked. We would ask that guests do not eat or drink in the bedroom, apart from water. Please don’t leave us a low review for location. We are in a quiet suburb of Albany approx 10 min from the town centre. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all of the communal areas of the house including the kitchen and fridge to store food and prepare meals. There is a TV in the living room which guests are welcome to use. There is a table and chairs on the outside deck which is lovely in warm weather, or otherwise in the cooler months, guests are welcome to eat in the kitchen/dining area. Please feel free to use the washing machine and dryer. A washing line is also available in the back garden, on the right hand side. During your stay Peter is usually available to make recommendations and have a chat. Fiona often travels for work. We are also happy to give guests their privacy if that is what is preferred. Other things to note We have a friendly dog, Blackie who stays outdoors in the back garden during the day and sleeps inside at night. He loves anyone who throws his ball for him.
