The barn offers several guests bedroom options, a full shared kitchen and shared living area with TV board games, and WIFI. Walking distance to several award winning wineries, restaurants, shops, Umpqua River, Fort Umpqua, butterfly house and gardens. The Umpqua River offers some fantastic swimming spots, fishing, kayaking, and views. The space While all of the bedrooms in the barn are private, the kitchen and living room area is shared. All bathrooms are shared as well except rooms as noted that have a private bathroom.
