My place is located in the rising city of Borongan in Eastern Samar. It is close to great views and the city center. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Our Apartment opened last July 2018 but it still looks good and new. We are near Barangay Taboc Elementary School and the Provincial Capital. We are also 10-15 minutes away from the nearest surfing beach- BayBay Boulevard. OUR LOCATION IS NEAR THE MOUNTAIN AREA HOWEVER, WE ARE ONLY 5-10 MINUTES VIA WALK and LESS THAN 5 MINUTES VIA MOTORBIKE AWAY FROM THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY & DOWNTOWN AREA. OUR SPACE IS VERY QUIET AT NIGHT BUT IS VERY SAFE. IF YOU WANT A PEACEFUL STAY IN BORONGAN CITY WITH A NATURE VIBE, THEN WE ARE THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU. Our AIRBNB Apartment Unit is on the second floor. If you have any issues with climbing stairs, please let us know before booking our Apartment. THE APARTMENT UNIT HAS THE FOLLOWING AMENITIES: 1 Bedroom type Apartment good for 2-3 PAX with: - Air-Conditioned Bedroom w/ 1 Double Bed (52" x 74" in size) PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE BED SIZE TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT BEFORE BOOKING OUR APARTMENT. THE AC IS ONLY IN THE BEDROOM BUT WE HAVE AN ELECTRIC FAN FOR THE SALA AND KITCHEN AREA. YOU CAN OPEN THE DOOR IN THE BEDROOM TO COOL DOWN THE ENTIRE APARTMENT IF YOU LIKE. We also have the following: - 1 Sofa Bed, 1 Single Bed - Kitchen Utensils and Appliances (Refrigerator, Gas Stove, Rice Cooker, Electric Kettle and Oven Toaster) - 1 Electric Stand Fan - Sala with Cable TV - Dining Area - Shower Bathroom with HOT SHOWER - Kitchen Service Area - Room Service Cleaning by Request - On-CALL Laundry Service - Wide and Safe Parking Area - FREE WI-FI Borongan City is prone to electricity blackouts, especially during Typhoon season. DURING ELECTRICITY BLACKOUT, OUR POWER GENERATOR WILL ONLY RUN FROM 5 PM-1 AM. Only electric fans and lights are allowed to be used this time.
