welcome to this amazing well kept 4 season cottage, steps away to many of the beaches super clean & beautifully furnished with a mixture of new & vintage furniture super peaceful and a 3-7min walk to the beach and a short drive to all the bigger beaches, balm beach, la fontaine. the property is surrounded by mature trees and a large backyard. perfect for all just come ready to relax and enjoy nature. just a little over 90mins from the city we love it here and so will you The space the cottage is a clean and spacious bungalow with 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. kitchen is fully equipped so you foodies will find everything you need. huge backyard with fire pit, hammock & chairs A/C. lots of boardgames, cards & lego. you can just come and relax and start building great new memories. Guest access all beaches- we have a parking permit for use beach chairs, umbrella & water toys bbq firepit kanto speaker because you should be dancing bikes yoga space coming soon Other things to note the mid century dining table is super special to us so we ask that you place the plastic cover overtop when eating to protect the wood from spills and stains. please no sanitary products down the toilets as we are on septic tank the european deli at lafontaine beach is great for snacks like freshly made donuts & strudel on fridays, fresh perogies on wednesdays and other eastern european delicacies. (closed for the season jan-april) there are bike trails that are breath taking awenda natioinal park wye marsh trails mountain view ski center (20 mins), horseshoe & snow valley ski (40mins) skating in penetanguishene bay elmvale market & lots more
