Downtown (with restaurants & nightlife) 6 miles away. Explore the Smokey Mountains & sites. This space is great for mature WOMEN solo adventurers & business travelers. The space Very safe neighborhood and home. Quiet and peaceful. Interstate access to I-40 is within 1 mile of the property. Guest access Guests have access to the pool, patio, work out room, and clubhouse with work space, living room, & bathroom. During your stay I am available to offer assistance through out your stay:) Other things to note Please note that the clubhouse is a lovely space! No one seems to use it so my guests have nearly private access to the clubhouse where one can work, lounge, or have a different setting steps away from the home.
