There are rental shops (bicycles, bikes, cars) nearby, so you can conveniently go wherever you want.Tuktuk and taxis are easily accessible in front of the guest house. Why not relax at the massage parlor after a walk? If you feel free to enjoy Chiang Mai food, please walk for 5 minutes while looking at the town. There are so many restaurants you can't choose from.Night market is a great place to go for an evening walk. There are so many that you can't see all the shops. Enjoy the city of Chiang Mai to the fullest. The space Baan Aree is at the place with pretty view of Chiang Mai city walls (Chiang Mai's great wall) from right in front of our house. We are located at the heart of downtown Chiang Mai and in very convenient area within Chiang Mai old city. Our guest house is newly renovated and very clean. Each room is fully furnished. Just 8 minutes walking distance to Night bazaar and 15 minutes to Tha Pae Gate. For your transportation, you can take a Tuk Tuk (low cost local taxi), Taxi, and red truck taxi (local shared shuttle bus/taxi) easily at right in front of building - all day all night. Easy 20 minutes access (2.5 km or less than 2 mile) from airport by taxi. There is a motor bike and car rental store on few stores away. The great historical temples like Wat Chang Kong, Wat Loi Kroh and Wat Buppharam only 2-5 minutes walk. Accessible major tourist attractions include many traditional breathtaking temples, Wat Chedi Luang (temple), Doi Suthep and Pui National Park, Elephant Nature Park, and Chiang Mai Zoo. You would most likely come back if you are visiting Chiang Mai. We can also help you to plan about your trip in Chiangmai too. Thai traditional dancing shows are available daily at nearby food court. If you like to see Thai Kick Boxing (Muay Thai) games, Thai kick boxing stadium is located near to our place and you can visit there by walk. If you enjoy local foods, there are many local food restaurants and street food kiosks in few minutes of walk. Average price ranges from 30 Baht to 90 Baht (USD $1-3 range) and they are very delicious. To wash your clothes, there is a laundromat across the street. Each rooms have its own cable TV, refrigerator, desk, queen size bed, air conditioner (AC), mirror, a restroom with shower and toilet with bidet which is popular in Thailand. For your security, we have the door lock for each rooms. Your privacy is kept in the private room. We also have CCTV Security cameras. We offer free WIFI internet while you stay and convenience stores are not far so you don't have to worry about . If you need anything else, please ask me anytime. When you want to find out attractions, you can visit at the reception area check with us. There is also a local travel agency in same building and they have many local tours and you can find many one-day tour or few days trip if you would like to visit province nearby. Walk area. 3 min to Warorot Market (oldest public local Market), city's main Flower Market and the Ping River. 5 min to Tha Pae Gate and 24hr 7-Eleven convenient store. 5 min to Night Bazaar and Galae food court 8 min to Sunday Walking Street 15 min to Wat Chedi Luang 20 min to Wat Pra Sigh, Three Kingdom Monument Square and Lanna Folklife Museum 25 min to White Elephant Gate (Chang Puak)-lots of street food is here. Guest access You will have a private bathroom in the room. We offer free coffee at front desk. For long stay, two laundromats are in a minute walking distance (actually in front of our place).
