Palm Grove - An artist's garden paradise (Room 2)

Palm Grove (Room 2) is a calm and serene place for the budget conscious couple or individual to stay and spend time in Accra. Set within a four bedroom house - which is set within a lovingly designed and well maintained tropical palm garden. As an artist I have put my heart into creating the garden over the years and you will find some of my art as decoration within the house as well. The property is located in Adenta, northern Accra, close to the main Accra-Aburi road. The space This listing is for one single bedroom within a 4-bedroom house (which can also be rented as a single unit). You will have a private bedroom, shared bath (across the hallway; shared with other guests if bedroom 3 is also booked), and shared hallway, kitchen, dining room, living room, and garden. The stand-out feature of the property is the mature, lovingly designed and well maintained tropical palm garden in which the house is set. The house itself has four bedrooms of which two or currently available for guests - individually (as in this listings) or as a single unit (i.e. the whole house) via my other listing. The bedroom is furnished functionally with a bed and wardrobe and a sofa etc in the living room, and a kitchen with gas cooker and fridge/freezer. There is also a shared bathroom for this bedroom with shower, sink, toilet, etc. across the hallway. The bedroom (and living room) has a ceiling fan but there is no AC in the house. The property is located in Adenta, north Accra, close to the main Airport-Legon-Aburi road (N4). During your stay I have lived in Accra for most of my life and my own home is not too far away. I can be reached via phone and will be more than happy to give advice and tips where to shop, what to see, etc. while you are in Accra. Other things to note Long stays will include weekly cleaning.
