Lively and multicultural neighbourhood, but absolutely liveable and safe; the house is a two-room apartment with a total area of 42 square metres, equipped with a double bed and a double sofa bed. The distance to the centre is less than 2 KM, about 10 minutes by tram 4 (stop 400 metres from the flat) or 15 minutes by bus n.27 (stop less than 300 metres from the flat). The centre can be reached on foot in about 20/25 minutes, which is an excellent solution for comfortable accommodation at a lower price and away from the typical chaos of the central area. Parking in the area is free and usually with ample availability. The house is immersed in the streets that welcome the colourful Piazza Foroni market in the morning during the week and all day on Saturdays. The neighbourhood is one of the most varied in Turin and its many connections with the centre and the main attractions make it the ideal place from a quality/price point of view. In the immediate vicinity of the flat you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, bars, newsagents, restaurants, take-away pizzerias (whole or by the slice), delicatessens, ATMs and anything else you may need during your stay in the city. The house is fully equipped and can accommodate a maximum of four people (ideal for 2 adults + children, NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MORE ADULTS). It has a new and fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery and glasses (also child-size), electric oven, modern Candy induction hob, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, and Beko washing machine, with a 28-minute quick-wash plan for tourists. The living room corner is furnished with a comfortable sofa, equipped with cushions, which can be converted into a double bed (RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN ONLY), 32’ Smart-TV, unlimited WiFi internet connection, coffee table and comfortable light stand that can be moved around for reading. The large bedroom includes a double bed, a large wardrobe with sliding doors, a chest of drawers with three compartments, bedside tables on either side of the bed with abat-jour, and a mirror. A comfortable desk completes the room's furnishings. The bathroom, recently renovated with all new sanitary facilities (toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower), already has everything you need for your stay: hairdryer, shaving foam, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, intimate cleanser, body lotion, bubble bath, shampoo and perfume, both male and female. Since we consider honesty to be fundamental, we do not like to hide even the small defects of the flat: it is good to know that the common parts of the building, i.e. the ground floor corridor leading to the letterbox, the main hallway and the walls along the stairs, suffer from the passage of time and would need renovation. This does not affect our flat, but we think it is correct to point this out so that everyone can make their own assessments. Guest access Access to the entire apartment, including the two balconies, and to the common areas of the condominium. The self check-in procedure is quick and will be illustrated by video message or e-mail. It is necessary to send a copy of your identity documents prior to check-in in order to fulfil legal obligations; these will only be kept for as long as is strictly necessary for registration on the accommodation portal. Other things to note THE FLAT IS REGULARLY AUTHORISED BY THE PIEDMONT REGION AND BY MINISTRY OF TOURISM: NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION CODE (C.I.N.) - IT001272C2JOAK3VQP Guests are kindly requested to note that - entrance is by self check-in ONLY, between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m.. - Any requests for in-person check-in must be made BEFORE BOOKING, but are not guaranteed and are subject to the host's availability, subject to a fixed payment of an additional fee of € 50.00, payable at the time of booking. - Check-ins at times other than those indicated are NOT permitted, except in exceptional cases, which are subject to availability and must be communicated in advance. The charge for any check-in/check-out out of hours is fixed and amounts to € 30.00. - Please communicate your estimated time of arrival, informing us promptly in case of variations, as in case of delays not agreed/communicated an extra charge of € 10/hour will be deducted from the security deposit. - Ordinary cleaning is included in the price, but guests are requested to throw away their rubbish, wash any used pots and pans and dishes, to use the bed linen provided upon arrival, avoiding for hygienic reasons to sleep directly on mattress covers or pillow covers and in general to leave the flat in the same state in which they found it; guests are reminded that, in case of extraordinary cleaning, an additional contribution of € 50,00 will be deducted from the security deposit. - Guests acknowledge that any intervention required during their stay to resolve issues caused by their negligence (e.g., loss of keys, breakages, blocked pipes, etc.) will incur a fixed charge of €50.00 + the cost of resolving the issue. - It is necessary to send a copy of the identity documents before check-in in order to fulfil the legal obligations; they will be kept only for the time strictly necessary for registration on the accommodation portal.
