Gore Bay home with a view-coastal address

“Rockingham” is a very comfortable bach perfect for those beach holidays. Centrally positioned in Gore Bay with great access to the beach and stunning elevated views of the Bay . Gore Bay is a beautiful coastal beach well known for its surfing . A great place to unwind and relax . Only an 8km drive from Cheviot . Gore Bay is an 80 minute drive north of Christchurch . The space All single beds are KING SINGLE size with one queen bed . The outside sleepout is up outside stairs .There is two bedrooms in the house that sleep 4 people and one bedroom is located up stairs outside as a sleepout (2 people) The second toilet is located in the laundry which you have to go outside to . One toilet is inside the house . We ask the guests to strip the beds used prior to departure . Recycling and rubbish can be left on site . Guest access During your stay you will have the whole house to yourselves Other things to note We don't allow pets due to unfenced access onto the road and it is a non smoking property .
