Casa Mercede is located in the historic center of a medieval village at the foot of the Apennines. At the gates of Garfagnana and the Apuan Alps, it is less than an hour from Lucca and about two hours from Florence and Siena. The house has been renovated while keeping the original style intact and reusing the historic furniture. A private fenced garden completes the spaces. The space A fenced garden with mountain views, an outdoor hot tub, spacious rooms with original furnishings, a large living room with a fireplace, a sofa, and a bookcase... this is what we offer our guests: the atmosphere of a bygone era combined with the comforts of modern living. Guest access Casa Mercede is at guests' complete disposal: from the garden to the rooms through the living area, every space is designed for privacy and well-being. The house is located on a pedestrian street, so you will need to leave your car at the public parking lot and walk to it (less than a 10-minute walk). Other things to note The outdoor hot tub is available from May to October at no additional cost.
