You may also access the side yard if needed to throw excess trash and recyclables away. However, please do not enter the backyard. Other things to note • Due to the time it takes our cleaners to clean/sanitize/prepare the space, we cannot allow an early check-in or a late check-out. • Plenty of free street-parking. No permits required. No street-cleaning days to worry about :) • Trash pick-up are on Thursdays (or Fridays following Holidays), which might cause very brief noise disturbances. • In-unit washer/dryer ($5 fee only for one-night stays) • Personal fireworks are illegal in the immediate neighborhood. However, a few neighbors still might shoot fireworks around the time of July 4th. Sorry for the potential noise disturbance. • Ants have a tendency to search indoors during the summer months.
