The space This house, combining both charm and modernity, can accommodate up to 8 people and is the ideal place for your vacation, whether in summer to enjoy the garden and pool, or in winter to relax around the fireplace. The spacious and bright living rooms create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You'll love the cozy living room and the friendly atmosphere of the dining room. On the ground floor, the house offers a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals with family or friends. The dining area invites conviviality, while the living room with its fireplace offers you a pleasant setting to relax after a busy day. This level also includes a bathroom and separate toilet. Wifi is accessible throughout the house. Upstairs you will find several spacious and comfortable bedrooms: - A bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), ideal for children or guests. - A double bedroom (160 x 200 cm) with its own shower room, offering more privacy and comfort. - A bedroom with a single bed (90 x 190 cm) and a trundle bed (90 x 190 cm), perfect for accommodating several people. - A double bedroom (160 x 200 cm), spacious and bright, ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing. Note: the rooms are in a row, but all closed by doors for better privacy. The exterior is a true paradise of relaxation and leisure, with a heated pool, basketball court and a large garden to enjoy the outdoors. For friendly meals, the furnished terrace welcomes you with its fireplace, brazier, barbecue and plancha, creating the ideal atmosphere for unforgettable moments under the starry sky. At MyPacôme Conciergerie, babies are welcome! However, no equipment is available on-site. For more comfort, we offer rental of suitable equipment, delivered and installed before your arrival: - Baby bed with mattress, mattress protector and sheets: €12 per night - High chair: €10 per night - Baby kit (bed + high chair): €19 per night To make the most of your stay, our room service offers a wide range of additional services: home massage, home chef service, wood kit, delivery of aperitif boards, oenoludic entertainment (wine tasting + aperitif board), car cleaning, bike rental and much more.
