La Casita de Rancho Querencia, early 1900s adobe house

Originally built in early 1900s, the Casita de Rancho Querencia, was acquired by the current owner in 1985, and has renovated it twice, most recently in 2018. The main part of house has 10-ft pressed tin ceilings. The casita boasts a modern kitchen stocked with cooking essentials, and a clean bathroom with a clawfoot tub. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and flatscreen TVs, and a separate sitting room with sofa-bed. [NOTE: THE BACK BEDROOM MUST BE RENTED SEPARATELY] The space The large back Guest bedroom has modern original artwork , while the front bedroom and kitchen have a more traditional country style decor. Guest access Guests have access to entire house. Other things to note As described in the intro, pricing is based on # of bedrooms (well really, # of beds) used. So for example, if you are a couple (two people) who will be sharing one bedroom, you will use the main front bedroom. If you are two couples (or one couple with another single friend) with each couple using their own bedroom, you would need to rent the back guest room separately, which is under it's own separate listing.
