Located in the mountainous region between the towns of Utuado and Jayuya, this house offers a panoramic view of Tres Picachos, the town of Jayuya, and Cerro Punta (the highest peak in the island). It is a comfortable, spacious and private property, perfect for families to relax, explore nature and enjoy the beautiful sights. It’s the perfect place to contemplate a beautiful sunrise, enjoy watching the mist in the valley and stargaze at night. *Property only accessible by car. No taxi/Uber The space A spacious house atop a mountain, surrounded by coffee and fruit trees that form part of the property's 11 acres of land. The house has an open layout that connects living, family, and dining room areas, to a huge terrace with beautiful views. Surrounding the common areas are 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a full kitchen with a breakfast nook. All rooms have ample closet space, windows, ceiling fans and AC. Guest access The house is only accessible by car. It is located in a rural area with no sidewalks or public transportation. The parking area is ample and gated. Other things to note The property is located in the country, and water and electricity could fail due to the fragility of the infrastructure of the island. The property does not have a power generator. Please note that this is a working farm. As such, our farmers might be working the farm. They will usually access the farm directly but could potentially need to gather things from the shed located midway between the entrance gate and the house. This is the closest they would need to be.
