“Heaven on the hill” Summerhouse is located on the Discovery Coast, within 500 klms of Brisbane and only 80 minutes from Bundaberg or Gladstone. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is close enough to walk to shops (700m) and famous Agnes Water surf beach (<1k) but far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the verandah and a good book. The house is perfect for holidays with ocean views from most rooms. STRICTLY NO PARTIES; 25yo+ to book The space Separated from the other bedrooms, the master bedroom has king bed and dual aspect windows with views to Bustard Head and Agnes Water surf beach. It has an open ensuite with double shower, spa and WIR. There is a queen bed in bedroom 2 with leafy views across town to Agnes Water main beach and point. Both the master and bedroom 2 have smart TVs. Bedroom 3 is set up with double bed and a single with windows on three sides. The downstairs family room offers TV and space for the kids; it has sofa bed and ceiling fan. Upper level is air conditioned and has ceiling fans. Majority of the year, the open plan provides brilliant airflow from the ocean breezes. You'll spend all your time on the verandah with pass through window from the kitchen that has everything you need to make wonderful family memories. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Use of and access to the shed is not available. House driveway is steep and not suitable for trailers. Parking is permitted on the shed apron. Please refrain from parking on the grass or in the cul-de-sac as this restricts vehicles on the roadway. Other things to note Early check-in/late checkout by arrangement. Whilst routinely check-in time is midday, when we have guest changeover, the earliest is 2pm. If this impacts your stay, we will be in contact to confirm check in time. Similarly, if you’re checking out on a changeover day, we appreciate you letting us know if you’re leaving before 10am to allow us to get an early start on cleaning to facilitate check in time for the next guest. The house is situated high above street level and accessed by driveway. There is boat parking and fish cleaning facilities at shed. Please do not park on street. We are the property owner. We do our own cleaning to ensure the highest quality hygiene and cleaning standards. We regularly stay in the house to ensure everything is operational, functioning as expected and that all you need is available. We are committed to providing you the best stay experience.
