Casa Linda (Desert-Mountain Villa)

Ideal for anyone wanting to spend time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this beautiful home can accommodate up to 10 people, but it is also very cozy for individuals or couples. It has 3 double bedrooms (one king and two queen) with ensuite + a fourth separate sleeping area with two sofa beds, one twin and one full + one of the three living rooms has a twin ottoman bed, too. We also have two travel cribs and a folding toddler bed that can be placed in any bedroom. The space Tasteful interiors, sweeping desert and mountain vistas, memorable sunsets and the changing colors of the day, as well as starry night skies, make just being there a pleasure. The many living areas and well distributed spaces make it cozy for small groups but also very suitable for large groups. It is great for family gatherings and reunions of friends because of the large expandable dining room table, which makes it also good for celebrating special occasions. It is a real home away from home with a good selection of books, DVDs and internet access. There are two living rooms and two TVs which can be useful if children are part of your party. As far as TV channels go we use DIRECTV and, if you do not want to miss your favorite game, you might like to know that we subscribe to the Sports channel, too. Artists, academics and nature lovers find it a beautiful and peaceful place to work in and relax. The moderate elevation (4,800 feet) avoids extremes of temperature all year round: summers are never too hot and winters are never really cold. Other things to note We find that the temperature in Oracle is naturally moderate (very rarely too hot or cold) all year round but we do have good heating and A/C, as well as ceiling fans, if needed. We do expect our guests to be sensible and not waste gas, electricity or water for the sake of our planet as well as the cost of our utility bills.
