Sorry our property is not suitable for children of any age. The space The space is self contained with it's own entrance off the large timber deck. Bedroom, Bathroom with laundry washer & dryer, Lounge, Dining, Kitchenette, Large covered deck, BBQ, garden backing natural bush land. Kitchenette with Microwave/Convection oven with grill, Air fryer, Induction Cooktop, Toaster, Kettle, Aldi pod coffee machine. Tea, coffee, sugar provided. We also supply fresh milk to your preference. There are two supermarkets close by. Large screen TV with access to Netflix. Lots of friendly bird life that will feed from your hand with birdseed provided. It is the entire lower level of our home. A lot more spacious than how it appears in the photos. A quiet and peaceful place. It is important that you adhere to the house rules otherwise other charges may apply. Please read them before booking as your booking is conditional on you accepting those rules. Guest access Access to lower level is via side and rear garden. The block is quite steep and there are a number of steps. We are in The Blue Mountains Unfortunately the property is not suitable for people with mobility issues. The property is not suitable for children of any age. Other things to note We have an abundance of bird life and provide seed to hand feed our lovely King Parrots. There is a family of Lyre Birds in the gully who come up and dig up our garden. Listen out for a variety of different sounds as the male mimics all the other birds. There is also a swamp wallaby who likes the ferns in the lower part of the yard. He is a little shy so not always in sight. There are many local attractions including the famous Norman Lindsay Gallery at Faulconbridge. Lots of brochures in our guest compendium and maps of bush walks close by.
