There are 9 bedrooms (14 beds), 9 bathrooms, tennis court, gym, 2 porches, 3 decks, outdoor sauna & hot tub, walking trail, fire pit, 32-ft dock, and more. 1 mile from downtown Nisswa, the Paul Bunyan Trail, shops, restaurants, & family activities. Buildings are professionally cleaned. NOTE: Certain times of year require 5-7 night min stay. The space This is a very unique place -- a true north experience with all the amenities needed for an upscale 21st century retreat. You have the woods and the water -- combined with indoor and outdoor entertainment options for all kinds of weather. You can come together in common spaces to play games, watch movies and eat -- or find your own quiet place to read, workout, or just relax. You're also very close the classy town of Nisswa and local events, activities and one-of-a-kind experiences like visiting historic Grandview Lodge, eating at Zorbaz on Gull, riding down the Paul Bunyon Trail, tubing at Ski Gull, trying the Minnesota zip line, horseback riding at Outback Ranch, hiking in Pillsbury State Forrest and much, much more. Guest access You'll have access to all the living quarters and entertainment areas in all three buildings, as well as the 4 1/2 acres of woods and walking trail, fire pits, and outdoor facilities. Off limits, however, will be the five garages, the boats and other watercraft. If it's summer and you want to use the dock, that can be arranged. Other things to note NOTE: Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not allowed.
