Great house, 10 min to Centre

It's an amazing place, where we live. In the city and yet so much space around & a park at our doorstep. Use the house while we're on vacation. Make a bicycle ride in the environment, or explore the city of Amsterdam. The house is big, a bit messy but cosy. If you are allergic to dust, it's not a good plan to come and stay at our place. We will clean the house for sure, but not as thorough as some people, so a little bit of dust will be around. You can sleep here with four adults and a child. The space The living room is amazingly big. The kids can do gymnastics in the house but they can also use the swing in the garden. There are two bedrooms with single beds that can be turned into a double bed. One of these double/single beds is on the attic. The attic has one more single bed on it, but the entrance to the room on the attic where the double bed is, goes through the area where the single bed is standing. I hope you can understand what I mean 😀. On the second floor there is a smaller room where the second bed is, which van be turned in a double bed as well. And then we have a very small bedroom that has a funny bed: a small person and a normal person can sleep in the bed with the heads towards eachother. This bed is high: you need to use a ladder to get in. So you can actually choose where you prefer to sleep. The city of Amsterdam allows us to have four guests maximum but the total amount of beds available is 6 or 7. So choose which beds serves you the best! The bathroom has two sinks, a bath and a separate shower. There are towels and bedlinen available. All the comfort you will need! The kitchen has an oven, microwave, and all kinds of materials. We have a gas BBQ in the backyard. The arrangement of the furniture changes once in a while. Most of the furniture is on wheels, so we like to move them around once in a while. Guest access Everywhere, as long as you respect our private things. No party's, drugs or gas-bottles in the house and the garden please! Other things to note There is paid parking for the car next to the house from 9-19 o’clock and on sundays from 12-19 o’clock. I can register your car on a website so there is a reduced parking rate for you. We ask you to respect our neighbours’ sleep. Please don’t talk loud in the garden after 00:00 at night.
