★22RM★SENDAI★Entire place★Front of Police Station

This room opened from June 2019. Rent one whole unit with a floor area 58.9㎡ in the family-type condominium. Easy access to the building located across from the main entrance of Sendai central police station. 9-minute walk to Sendai station’s subway exit and 3-minute walk to Itsutsubashi station. Perfect place for a stay, with convenience stores, supermarkets and laundry shops located nearby. The space Towels and bedding are supplied by a specialized vendor and are taken care of hygienically. Hot shower “washlet” is installed in the restroom. Other things to note 22RM has only a shower room, no bathtub. Smoking is prohibited within the property. There is no smoking space inside or outside of the building. To prevent fires, we do not allow clay pots, Chinese hot pots, hot plates and cassette stoves to be brought in. We do not accept scented dishes such as Chinese hot pot, grilled fish, seafood, garlic, and curry. There is a charge for inviting non-staying guests. Please apply and pay in advance. We will send you the check-in details and house rules in PDF before arrival. Other homes in the building are leased to local residents. Please refrain from smoking or making phone calls in the hallways and other public areas. Japanese laws require us to check the names, addresses, and occupations of all guests. Please send us the guest information and the scanned passport copies of all guests from the specified URL in advance. Guests who do not submit a passport can not enter the apartment. We can't keep luggage before check-in and after check-out. 21RM and 22RM have the same room specifications except for the floor pattern. They will be switched according to room assignment.
