It is one bed room condo unit with balcony at tower 4 at 23rd floor. Located at quezon city surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants and public transportation. Fern at grass residences located at quezon city back of sm north edsa (exclusive bridgeway going to sm north) 2to 3 person maximum allowed. (300 pesos for extra person) I simply decorated my place but relaxing for everyone. You will be renting the whole unit so you will have a good privacy. It also has 24 hours security. ABOUT THE UNIT: queen size bed, blanket, pillows, towels, extra floor mattress, wardrobe cabinet, big mirror, comfy sofa, aircon, tv w/ cable, wifi, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, induction cooker&cookwares, dinner wares, refrigerator, electricfan, and hot and cold shower. Guest access 7 days stay and above can use all the amenities for free and below 5 days stay can use amenities for fee. Plus Full time access to the biggest shopping mall north of manila SM NORT EDSA. Check in time 1pm to 4pm late check in by request so we can make the necessary arrangement. Other things to note Once booking is confirmed please email the valid i.d's of everyone staying in the unit before your arrival and check in. For those who will be staying for 7 days and above please booking should be made 2 days prior to your arrival. Guest are not allowed to swim during weekends. (❌❌SWIMMING POOLS ARE CLOSED TILL FURTHER NOTICE) ❌❌❌ NO PARKING slot for the guest. the nearest pay parking lot open 24/7 is at the side of the tower 2 building on a first come first serve basis or you can also park at the mall parking. NO COOKING of bad smelling food like tuyo, bagoong etc. Strictly NO SMOKING in the unit. Please DO NOT THROW paper towel, feminine hygiene products or trash in the the toilet bowl. Put it in the bathroom trash bin. NO SCRATCHES AND MARK. 2,000 pesos for security deposit refundable during check out. PLEASE treat my place as you would treat your house. 30,000 penalty for trashing or messing up the place.
