Ideally located on Jupiter Blvd, this cosy 3 bedroom cottage backs onto the sand dunes of Cape Liptrap, with a walking track to Venus Bay's only patrolled surf beach. A perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy all that Sth Gippsland has to offer. The space Come and enjoy our relaxing cosy beach cottage. Perfect for a family or a group of friends. Open plan living and kitchen area provide a great central space to enjoy the house. There is a front and rear deck for relaxing and entertaining and a huge back garden. The house has a maintained walking track right out the back gate over the dunes to the patrolled beach. The beach itself is fantastic and stretches as far as the eye can see. Enjoy free wi-fi while stying with us. We have plenty of board games and toys for the kids. Netflix is available to watch your favourite series or movies. We are keen cooks and bakers so the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need including a coffee machine. The backyard is home to plenty of games of backyard cricket, or nights spent around the firepit. Whatever you choose you are sure to make some happy memories of your time at passing clouds. Guest access The house is very family friendly with a highchair, a portacot and plenty of toys and books. There is also kayaks for guests to use if so desired. As well as the close proximity to the beach it is a very short stroll into town for any supplies, a coffee or a delicious gelato! There is a large backyard for the kids to play and outdoor sports items such as bats and balls. A fire pit with seating is at the back of the garden, a great spot in winter or summer. The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary items and staples, including a coffee machine. There is also a pizza oven located on the back deck for your use. Enjoy! Other things to note We are on rainwater via tank so please also use water mindfully. Septic tank for toilet, therefore only toilet paper can be flushed. Wood is provided for the fire but please use mindfully. Use small kindling for the pizza oven. Relax and enjoy!
